Drupal site for community of surgeons

Recently we launched a refreshed design and enhanced Drupal-based site for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons out of Chicago.

The Society of Thoracic Surgeons works to enhance the ability of cardiothoracic surgeons to provide the highest quality patient care through education, research, and advocacy.

STS transistioned their site from another vendor to Fuse IQ. A technical assessment was done on the site and all the modules were brought up to date.  

Fuse IQ did a design refresh of the site. This was to improve the look of their current site without the expense of a full re-design. This included revamping the home page with a slideshow and adding an area for promoting their major events. The menus were also restructured to reduce use of the right hand sub-navigation and improve the user experience.

As part of another phase, Fuse IQ imported all the current data for the Public Reporting Online tool.  This data provides the basis for users to search for hospitals or surgical groups and see their overall composite star ratings. We are working with STS to improve this tool as well.
