Lifelong Aids Alliance

Lifelong Aids Alliance (llaa.org)

Solutions: Systems Analysis, Information Architecture, Website Design, Web Development, Content Management System

LLAA has been helping people living with HIV/AIDS since 1983. Originally known as the Chicken Soup Brigade, the group merged with the Northwest AIDS Foundation in 2001, and their services, outreach, and online needs grew rapidly. LLAA asked Fuse IQ to analyze their systems and online services to determine how they could achieve their goals more cost-effectively. After a thorough analysis, we found they could save thousands of dollars per year by improving their information architecture and user experience. A new design was chosen after several concepts were explored and refined, and a content management system (Drupal) was implemented. Now the LLAA staff can easily post and edit content and ensure aesthetic consistency.

Evergreen Building Products Association

Evergreen Building Products Association (Ep.org)

Solutions: Information Architecture, Website Design, Web Development, Content Management System

Evergreen Building Products Association is a nonprofit organization that promotes building services and products to the Asian market. Fuse IQ helped EBPA refine their vision and grow their marketing potential by redesigning EP.org and its sister site, USChinabuild.org. Both sites needed to be bilingual (Japanese/English and Chinese/English) and easy to edit. Fuse IQ used Drupal, a powerful open-source content management system, to accomplish both. Fuse IQ's leadership, design acumen and information architecture expertise allowed us to create two clean and consistent sites that provide up-to-date information to the EBPA's users.

United Way of Snohomish County

United Way of Snohomish County (uwsc.org)

Solutions: Information Architecture, Website Design, Web Development, Content Management System

United Way of Snohomish County came to Fuse IQ with two major challenges: their content was getting out of hand and therefore their message was becoming diffused, and their site needed to be redesigned to meet the new corporate branding standards. Fuse IQ provided guidance and direction on how to organize their content so that their message was clear and directed. In accordance with the new national United Way branding, Fuse IQ developed a beautiful custom solution that exceeded expectations and created a fresh, clean experience for the United Way's constituents.
