Lifelong AIDS Alliance

The Project

Lifelong AIDS Alliance (LLAA) provides prevention education, advocacy, and practical support services – meals, housing, and health insurance – to people living with HIV/AIDS.

Originally known as the Chicken Soup Brigade, the group merged with the Northwest AIDS Foundation in 2001, and their services, outreach, and online needs grew rapidly.

LLAA asked Fuse IQ to analyze their systems and online services to determine how they could achieve their goals more cost-effectively.

The Results

  • Thousands of dollars saved annually on systems and processes
  • Staff easily maintain and edit the website
  • Visitors find what they need on this large, comprehensive website
  • Donation, advocacy, and volunteering are promoted throughout the website
